11gから導入されるらしいDRCP（Database Resident Connection Pooling）の情報です。クライアント側からプールを使用する場合、

  hostname:port/service:POOLED

また、TNSの場合は、

  (SERVER=POOLED)

といったオプションを付ける、ってことになるんですかね。
