PHP 5.2.12 Release Proces

PHP5.2.12がリリースモード突入のようです。

We have a fair number of fixes now in the 5.2.12, a few of which are security related, so I think this would be a good time to start moving towards 5.2.12 release. I am hoping it can be released sometime mid-December, before the holidays hit. Next week, the 1st RC will be packaged, so please submit any fixes that you have for this branch as soon as possible.
