pecl4winのbuild環境で障害

php4win.php.netのサイト自体には影響ないみたいですが、配布されているバイナリが2006/11/06から更新されていない模様です。

A few days ago we experienced a power failure in the building that is hosting the machine that compiles PECL extensions for Windows. The power failures are very rare in Denmark, but nonetheless this one managed to take out the build box.
