PHP5.2.12RC2がリリースされたと思ったらすぐにRC3が出た

RC2はbuild不具合により、速攻でRC3となりました。が、RC3のアナウンスも、出たと思ったらtypoがあってすぐに修正されました。。。

This is a quick correction release, that addresses a build problem introduced by autoconf updates performed in RC2. If you've had issues building RC2, the RC3 should address the problem. If no other problems creep up we should still be on track with the final release next week.
