oss.oracle.comでPHP5.2.5のrpmが公開されています。

This project supplies PHP RPM packages built for Oracle Enterprise Linux 4 Update 6 and Enterprise Linux 5 update 1 on x86. They will also install on the equivalent Red Hat Enterprise Linux releases.

Dependencies
The php-oci8 packages (for the OCI8 and PDO_OCI extensions) in this project is dependent on the Oracle Instant Client release 10.2.0.3, which allows access to local or remote Oracle databases. Other PHP packages in this project do not have this dependency.

当然ながらoci8のrpmもありますが、Oracle Instant Client release 10.2.0.3が必要とのことです。
