PHP 5.2.4 RC1リリース
先日5.2.4のリリースサイクルが開始される模様とエントリしましたが、予定通り出てきました。
「2週間程度でRC2、1ヶ月程度で正式リリースしたい」とのことです。5.2.3のNEWSファイルとのdiffを見ると、ものすごい量。。。結構機能追加・バグFIXされてるようです。

Windows binaries should become available in short order as well.
これ以降、5.2.4に対して新しい機能追加は基本的にやらないみたいですが、
って、php.internals: ini system patchのことですかね？
One exception to the rule I'd like to make known is Stas' ini system patch, which I feel we should include, but that's still being currently discussed. Aside from those, no feature additions, please.
