PHP 5.2.3 RC1リリース

予定通りですね。リリースされました。問題なければ1週間後に最終リリースの模様。

5.2.2からの変更点を見ると、結構バグFIXされてるようです。個人的には

- Added a 4th parameter flag to htmlspecialchars() and htmlentities() that makes the function not encode existing html entities. (Ilia)

あたりが気になりますが、どんな感じになるんでしょうかね。
